Well stocked neighborhood hardware store. It can be overwhelming for a lady to walk in but I was assisted by the friendly staff and was able to buy everything I needed from picture hangers, sink basket, to drapery hooks. Jim was patient enough to answer all of my questions about my home projects and made recommendations. They offer quality brands (i.e. Stanley) that are reasonably priced while some are even cheaper compared to Amazon especially if you don't need supplies in bulk. I am very happy and satisfied with my visit and definitely recommend Callahan - excellent customer service!

I've been a loyal customer of Callahan Hardware for years, and they never disappoint. This time, I needed paint and painting tools for a room renovation. The quality of the paint was excellent, and the selection of colors was extensive. The staff helped me choose the right brushes and rollers, ensuring a smooth painting process. While the prices are reasonable, the quality justifies every penny spent.

Jim sent a couple guys over same day to install an emergency water heater in my building. Would definitely recommend for apartment owners and property managers. Fast and good price

These guys are the absolute best. It is like walking back in time - in the best of ways - to enter their hardware store. Ruben always greets you with a smile and no one is in a rush. More importantly, no one is trying to sell you anything you don't need. They have often corrected me and prevented me from buying a more expensive item because it wasn't what I needed. That's what I mean about going back in time: they are genuinely here to HELP YOU. It is obvious that it is not their only goal to make money. If Jim is around, be sure to chop it up with him as he is sure to make you laugh out loud. I used this hardware store from 2016-2023 and then moved about 20 minutes away. When I needed a hardware store today and I wasn't sure what items I needed to purchase, I made the drive back to them because I knew they would give it to me straight. Then I realized that I had never shared the love about how great these guys are. There is also a secret parking lot in the back just for them. Like I was saying, old school all the way in the best possible ways.

I came in during slow hours and chatted a bit with Jim. He walked around the store with me to gather items I needed for my new office. Made it easy. Really knowledgeable and scheduled a handyman to come out to install shelving at my office!

You know when you go to Home Depot and you ask for help and you end up with another person as clueless as you wandering around that massive warehouse? This place is the opposite of that. You ask for help, they know exactly what you need, and it’s only a few feet away. These people rule so hard! They helped me a few times this weekend. Personally came out to the parking lot to help me solve a problem on my van, let me borrow a ladder for free, and everything I bought was a fair price. We gotta keep places like this in business! 🛠️🫡🙏✌️⚒️

Ruben made keys for us very quickly. He was friendly, has been there for about 25 years and was super helpful! I'm happy to find this place as it's close to our real estate office and has a ton of products I didn't expect!
